Are your prints made to order?
Yes. Every District Photog print is produced specifically for your order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 10 business days for production and fulfillment before your order ships. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, District Photog ships only within the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout process.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because all prints are made to order, orders enter production shortly after purchase. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selections, or ordering errors made by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders and Pricing

District Photog reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders resulting from pricing errors, product inaccuracies, inventory issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Production and Fulfillment
All prints are produced on a made-to-order basis.
Please allow up to 10 business days for production and fulfillment before shipment. Shipping carrier delivery estimates begin only after an order has been produced and shipped.
Production times may vary during holidays, periods of high demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
District Photog currently ships only within the United States.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. District Photog is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selections
Customer ordering errors
Delays caused by shipping carriers
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify District Photog within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs documenting the issue. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement of the product or another remedy at our discretion.

All photographs, artwork, designs, text, logos, graphics, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of District Photog and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Purchase of a physical print conveys ownership of the physical artwork only. All copyrights, reproduction rights, licensing rights, and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with District Photog.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, scanned, digitized, distributed, published, modified, sold, licensed, displayed publicly, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
Permitted Use
Products purchased from District Photog are intended for personal enjoyment, display, and lawful use only.
